250 mg EQ 12 weeks
250 mg Sust a week week 4-12
PCT starting on day of last inj according to my source (sounds wrong??? should be 3 weeks after last inj?)

I mix 125mg eq and 125 mg Sust twice a week in same barrel.

Would like to use 500mg EQ a week but could only get 50mg/ml, the 200mg/ml is a LOT more exp!!

I know light cycle, first time. Professional track cyclist looking for more power.

Current stats 1.8m 70 kg. WOuld like to be around 80 kg at end of this cycle with most gains on upper legs.

considering this is what you allready have i dont think there is any thing
wrong with a lower dose like you are doing especially since bodybuilding
is not really your real goal but i do think it would be in your best interest to get some more sust and start it on week one with the eq
and have enough to run it 2 weeks longer than the eq at the end

and yes your supplier is wrong about pct

Supplier also reckons no Nolva/Clomid/Arim required when using Sust 250mg a week. This may be so, although I have 30 tabs Nolva for PCT.

At what stage should I start using Nolva during a cycle? Also heard some not too hot things about Nolva, don't mind using for PCT as it's only for 2-3 weeks, however for 3 months during a cycle something like CLomid would be better?

run the sust from the beginning...along with the EQ. stop them at the same time. usually people recommend stopping EQ a week before stopping test enanthate because enanthate will clear in about 14 days. sust will clear in about 17-21 days. but ofcourse, those numbers are for a typical 500/400 regimen.

i would start the PCT about 2 weeks after last injection. 40mg/ED of nolva for 3 weeks is what has been working well for the bros here.

as for using nolva during the cycle...you can use it @ 20mg ED(every day) to help control some bloat you might get. although i dont think you'll get too much with such low doses. also, start taking it if you get signs of gyno...itchy or puffy/painful nipples.

like what? most prefer nolva to clomid during PCT because clomid makes you weepey and bitchy.

no...it wouldnt. clomid is a very weak anti-estrogen. stick with the nolva.

For now I will not use Nolva, only when I suspect any bloat or start itchy nipples.

I'll start Sust from week 3, as I have just enough for 10 weeks.

I am currently taking 2 shots eq a week (125mg each time as I have 50mg/ml version, annoying I know). I am thinking of starting the first Sust off by diluting it in 2weeks worth of eq...which makes it distributed over 4 shots. Thereafter take half a SUst twice weekly with the 125 mg EQ for each shot. I'd like to do this to try prevent the SUst flu which I got last time, although I fear I'll get it again. Will enan not do this? If this is the case I might swithc to that...
