basically I've been running the ud2.0 and am just about to end my 6th week in a few days, after supercompensating glycogen and doing my power workout I plan on hitting dnp the next day or day after at 200mg/day for the first 2 days then 400 for the next 6, then plan on restoring glycogen hitting a workout for the little anabolic kick then on the off week do another ud2.0 week followed by another dnp 8 day. Does anyone see a problem with this type of scheme?
also does it really matter when you take dnp as in with a meal or on an empty stomach?
i don't know what ud2.0 is, so i don't know what to tell ya.
but as far as taking DNP on empty stomachs, it might give you heartburn if you take it on an empty stomach. so eat a little with the pills, it shouldn't have an effect on its effectiveness.
oh, and if this would be your first DNP cycle, you need to run it at 200mg for 4 days. since it builds up in your system, you won't feel the "kick" until around the 4th day. the 4 days will give you the opportunity to see if you are allergic to DNP. for cycles after that, you can go ahead and start off at your preferred dose(no need for ramping up)

ud2.0 is a cyclic type diet where you restrict carbs and calories days 1-4 with 2 depletion workouts in the beginning of the week to set you up for supercompensation and increase lipolysis, day 5 you do a tension type workout followed by a huge carb load then perform a "power workout" to regain any lost lbm during the week. that is basically the jist of it.

DNP gives me a wicked sensation of puking if i take it on an MT stomach. PLus i dont see the benefit of this type of training on DNP, since DNP is gonna deplete you better than a 2 day blitz workout will anyway.

you misunderstoof me, I wasnt gonna do this type of training while on dnp, I was gonna use it on my week off before starting another week.
well, ryuage, i don't think there has been any "research" done on the cycle you have planned. however, it sounds like you have planned it out rather well, and that you know what you are talking about. so i guess you should be the guinea pig and let us all know how it goes for ya. if you lose a lot of fat, it might be something that i would look into doing myself.
