if I was you...I would have ramped it up than back down. I took
clen and t3 for eight weeks and I was 244lbs...now I'm 214 and ripped bro. It could be a few things you're doing wrong.
1. the way you ran it (dosages and not ramping it up and down)
2. your diet: keep your carbs low...I was at 600grams/day and lowered it to 150/175 over the course of a week by gradually lowering them. (Monday: 600...Tuesday: 500...Wednesday: 400... Thursday: 300...Friday: 200...Saturday: 175/150)
3. how much cardio you did (you should do 4x/week for 30 minutes)
