What's up Bro's? I'm a little over halfway through a Sust/d-bol 12 weeker. And it's going great! I ran 30mg/ed of d-bol for the first 4 weeks. Is it o.k. to run another 4 weeks after sust runs and after PCT? If so, this will be a great cycle for me. My strength, gains, energy and everything has been excellent. In my 1st 3 cycles I did'nt get a lot of protein. This cycle I've eaten like a horse, drank a lot of beer and alot of protein shakes. And its really made the difference. I dont think some guys realize how important diet and protein intake are. Anyway, how about some feedback!! Later, WEILAND |

Is it just me or does it seem there are more and more people out there trying AAS who don't know their head from their ass? I must read a half a dozen of these posts ED. People, do your homework first and then when you think you got a clue study some more.

ha, knew you were going to get nailed on the beer bit!!! people love ragging on someone who drinks during a cycle-even though Arnold drank a six pack after his workouts walking down the beach-by the way MD did an article a couple of months ago that spoke of a study that showed how test actually protects the liver from moderate alcohol consumption look at running clomid, clen, and creatine at the end of your cycle BOTTOMS UP BRO |

I am amazed at how the "lifers" love to belittle those who write into these forums with questions, comments or just needing a little support for their efforts. I thought that's what these forums were for; to ask advice and receive comments from those who are more experienced and have more information that they wanted to share with the novice. I know that if I wrote in asking advice from the "experts" and all they give me is grief and rip me a new asshole for not using a product to their exacting specifications or from not working out to their level of studhood, I doubt I would ever post another question again. Then, I guess when I continue doing things wrong, that could be done better and easily corrected with the proper advice, it's all my fault because I don't read and research enough, not their fault for not giving me a little more sympathetic and helpful advice. I wonder if it ever occured to the "experts" that some people don't research well or dissiminate information from various sources as well as the experts do! For these people, a little timely and well packaged information can make a big difference in their ability to successfully begin or continue a training regimine that just may well change their life... hopefully for the better! I have no problem giving someone reasonable advice, but there are those who come on this board and post some of the most unbelievable stuff. Things that defy common sense, and they are asking to get negative feedback. Quote:

"timely and well packaged information" and ran with it and never bothered to learn the risks of certain behavior. someone's "timely and well packaged information" is probably the reason that this guy is killing his liver.

Calm down guys. IMO, a few low dose cycles with a few beers is ALOT less damaging than a "lifer" who cycles VERY high amounts for 10-15 years. And alot of bros will agree with me. This is my last cycle. Over 2 years and 4 cycles, I've gone from 6'2" 160 to 6'2" 215. I look great and feel great and I'm not the skinny guy anymore. I'm not in competition and not a bodybuilder. I just wanted weight, and I worked hard and got it and I'm very fucking satisfied. So, flame if you will, all I did was ask a simple question. Alot of bros wont like this, but some will agree. Flame away!! WEILAND |
