Day 5 - and 400 mg of DNP

Well fellas, I am no longer a DNP virgin. Day 5 and I bumped it up to 400mg. This stuff is hot! Can't keep the same clothes on longer then 5 hours. I have taken 4 showers and still hot. It's 9:30 and I have two fans going and the air on 60 degrees. What do you bros do to keep coo?

Hey Gi, even if you don't go up again, your ablout to get miserable.....LOL! Its the build up that gets you. About day 3 of 400mg will be much worse....then it will stay the same until it finally wears you down from the lack of good sleep! I can joke cause I am running a low dosage cycle for 10-14 days to see the effects it has vs my high dosage 5-7 day cycles. If you are feeling very warm at 400mg then stay there. My 600mg and up cycles were no more effective, just felt much worse.

Yeah, I am considering going back down to 200 and running it longer. Not sure yet. 400 is hot and it's bearable but I can't see going to work like this. It may look bad! LOL

lol,dude I looked like I was strung out on coke my last cycle lol...my eyes were dilated like hell,sweating like a whore in church,and bags under my eyes from not sleeping.lol

Gonna start my second cycle week after next...will post pics after that one,don't feel I lost enough BF the first time around,but will post pics reguardless in about a month.
