Default Dbol 50mg?
Correct me if im wrong, but doesnt dbol stay in your system for only 3 or 4 hours. If i am too take one 50 mg tab a day, it would only be in my system for that long right?

Thats why you would break tab in half or in quarters and take throughout the day...

i cut mine into 1/4's (used nail clippers and worked get) and take 3 of those a day for a total of 37.5. spread them out 4-6. chew them up and let them sit under your tounge for a few seconds.

Definately cut and spread them out. Point being to keep the level as consistent as possible throughout the day.

No, that's not how long it would be in your system. It is the half-life of dbol which is approx 3-4 hours. Let's say the half life is 3.5 hours.

That would mean for 3.5 hours after ingestion, your 50mg of dbol is being metabolized and the active amount circulating is being gradually reduced until after 3.5 hours, you only have 25mg dbol circulating. After 7 hours you have 12.5mg circulating and after 10.5 hours you have 6mg circulating.

whatever dose you chose should be divided and used at leat twice a day am and pm - there are no real advantages to going more than that - for 50 mgs per day 25 am 25 pm is fine.

taking it 3 or 4 times a day has not shown an advantage over the am pm dosing
