Dbol and Back pumps???

Man these things are killing me!

I am currently on week 2 of front loaded Dbol and test E cycle and my lower back muscles are so tense I can hardly lift.....whats the cure for this crap?

I am 34 yo, 217 pounds, 12 % Bf, and this is my first cycle. I started taking Dbol 2 weeks ago at 40 mg ED split in 2 doses and starting tomorrow I get my first inject of Test E 250 mg twice per week.
I plan to use the dbol for another 4 weeks. I am up 7 pounds since starting the Dbol.....

I know its not my kidneys as I can sit and stretch and the muscles stop aching momentarily, is there anything that can help or do I need to endure for a couple more weeks until the Test kicks in?Do I need to drop the dosage?

I have tried Taurine, Vitamin C, Potassium, etc, but nothing seems to ease them. They also seem to get worse in the evening.
Help a brother out!!!!

Just tough it out bro. I took it at 30mg ED for 4 weeks and the back pumps hurt so bad that on my back days between sets I would have to lay down on a flat bench and try and stretch it out so that the pain would go away. People might think its ridiculous, but when I worked out on almost everyday except bicep days I would were my belt to keep pressure on my lower back. Hope it works out for you!

So wearing a belt helps?

I get it that bad as well.......in between squats Im on the floor. So this is normal and I need to just tough it out.

Will it help once the test kicks in or am I stuck with these through the entire cycle, even after the dbol is done?

The pain from the pumps should decrease after you're done taking the dbol, but there will always be a pump even when you are on test.

It's pretty common to have painful back pumps while taking DBol. And they will subside when you get off DBol and they should decrease as you are on it long enough.

there aint a cure for it apart frm the end of taking it.
i stopped taking it because it made my biceps as tight as a frogs arse beyond belief.

Maybe I read that wrong but you stopped taking it because of the pump you were getting? That's the point of working out and taking anything is to get the pump.

i stopped taking it cos the pumps became to painful. im very very well aware of what the point is, i dont need a lesson on how to speak my own language

between squats you can lay down and stretch your back.

The shin splints during cardio are worse than the back pumps IMO
