Dbol dosing - MESO-Rx

I'm taking dbol, I have been taking 15mg about 12Pm and another 15 about 9 PM, would it be better to divide the 30mgs up to 3 doses per day or continue as I am?

if you do only d-bol cycle go with 50mg a day minimum...you can do every 12h some or best is to go 60mg a day,every 8 h 20mg

I'm taking sustanon too, i'm just using the little dbol i have on hand to kick start the cycle.

50mg a day is what i do. 25 when i wake up, 25 about 40 min before i hit the gym. what ya doin it with?

a min dose is 30 mg....50 is actually a somewhat more experienced dose....I actually used 30 mg on a cycle years ago and did fairly well....and I also agree two doses per day to keep the blood levels from fluctuating a lot....

also saw a study on bb4l that there was not much of a difference in 1 vs 2 doses per day.....but I take it 2x per day....could also be psychological too...I always get pumped when I take an oral or shot...pumps me up....

Yea, like Bigk said, there is not much difference. I like to use a dose before my workout and another dose about 12 hours apart whether or not my workout is at morning or night

30 mg will be fine to go for to start with. 50 is quite a lot to start on.

i have tried it both ways, spread out through the day and in on dose. i would suggest experimenting to see what works best for you. i would agree with the others that on training days take a dose 30-60 minutes before you go, really helps you train!

and look forward towards those painful pumps....I thought it was a joke until I started a dbol regimen......

I realise in this guys case it's irrelevant but what happened to that theory from a few years back that if u took all your dbol at breakfast time it didn't fuck up your hpta ? did anyone prove it worked ?

I would go with the lower dose 30mg per day . i was on the 50mg. and into my 6week lost my appetite and started to starve my self . i couldnt stand the taste of food in my mouth no matter how good that steak was ! just started to get it back ! eating to grow !
