Default Dbol ,Test E & Stana Cycle critique

Hello all,
I am currently on my fourth week 0f a cycle of Dbol Test E and Stana,
i have a few questions i would like to ask, but before i do ill tell use abit about myself.
I currently weigh 110 kilos
6ft
fairly high body fat (havnt got it tested).
I am trying to lose the fat and gain some lean muscle.

My diet is consisted of
7:00 am: Oats -2 boiled eggwhites and a prortein shake.
10:00 am : can of tuna and 2 slices of multi grain bread.
1:00pm : can of tuna and 2 slices of multigrain bread.
4:30pm: 3 boiled eggs (3 eggwhites and 1 yoke)
5:30pm: PWO
8:30pm: either steak, chicken or fish with salad.
(AND afew litres of water per day)

I am also taking :
-garlic and horse radish tablet
- multivitamin
- kidney tonic
-liver guard
- chromium
- fish oil
- glucosomine.

TRAINING SPLIT:
day 1 :chest and back
day 2 : ABBS forearms traps
day 3: cardio
day 4 : Shoulders and Legs
day 5 : Bis and Tris
Day 6: cardio
Day 7 Cardio


my steroid cylce looks lyk this:
week 1 and 2 Dbol 30 mg a day
weeks 1-12 Stanazol 100mg/eod
Weeks 1-12 Test E 250mg/week
weeks 14-16 nolvadex and chlomid.

at this point of time my glutes are completely battered, Red marks and lumps all over them.
I find it hard to work and sit down even leaning over. ( Stanazol).
i am not sure if what i am taking is real because the pain is unbelievable. I tasted the stanazol (i wanted to see if i could take it orally) but it burnt my tounge, im not sure if that is normal.

so i am thinking of gettin off the stanazol and taking some clenbuterol?..
any advice is much appreciated.

I will try and not be too hard on you..but I think the goal you have set to lose body fat and gain muscle could have been easily obtained through diet and exercise.I did not do the math but break down your diet by carbs,protien,and total cals.I would take the bread out of my diet for awhile,add nuts brown rice,stay away from dairy..mix protien with water,add about 6-8 more eggs daily,bigger 1;00 pm meal,end the day with a protien shake.If the stano hurts then drink it if you trust your supplier.Anyways..stano is not the best choice for your situation.I am sure the guys will give you more info..

yeh ive tried and tried. Just too busy with work and tafe i get soo fatigued i dont hav the energy to do anything. juice gives me a bit of a kick haha.
In my shakes i put water and abit of milk.
i also thought that multigrain bread was good to eat? (low GI carbs, wudnt be much different to brown rice would it.)
what would u reccomend if not stano?/?? thanks

Regardless of whether the bread is white or wheat it is still a high glycemic index carb. They are both refined flours and therefore cause a large insulin response. Ezekiel bread is the only exception because it is made from sprouts instead of flour. Dennis is right. Gear wasn't necessary for your goals. And give caffeine tabs a shot if you need a "kick" to get through the day.

So are all breads bad? Even the high fiber breads?

Where do you get ezekiel bread?
