Is their any way to keep the water weight to a minimum...
Would "water pills", help any?
Any helpful tips would be appreciated.

Aromatase Inhibitors, Limit Sodium Intake, Keep water intake high, and watch your diet...

i take half a cc or arimidex every day and my diet is tight when i frontloaded for 4 weeks with d bol and kept the water minimul

Adex will work-although aromasin works much better

Why are you worried about water weight.?? I am assuming you are working out to gain muscle mass. Water is the fuel for the muscles. After all, if it is only water weght then it will fall off in the end anyway. Right?

Look into T-Bol.
It's supposed to be the same as D-Bol without the water weight.
Not sure how thats possible and I've never tried it, but thats the rumor anyway!

A little bloat is good for anabolic activity in the muscles, look into arimidex and its dosing options. ex: .25mg/day or .5mg EOD. either of those doses should be fine to keep unwanted water off and also help against estrogen related sides.
