Default Dbols and lower back pain

Bros,

I am taking IP's 50mg dbol tabs...1 ED for 4 weeks to start my cycle (along with Test/EQ)...I am happy to say that two weeks in I am up 12 pounds! My strength has gone up slightly, but more than anything, it is helping me power thru the last few reps of each set. Big *bump* for IP's dbol.

My only problem is the lower back pain from the water retention the dbol gives. The other night I could only do 2 warmup sets and a working set of deadlifts before the pain made me stop. Today in the gym, I went up to 225 on squats and the pain was so bad I racked it after 1 set and headed over to the leg press. Even the leg press put a lot of pressure on my lower back. After 6 total half-ass sets of legs today, I left the gym.

Will this pain go away after I am done with the dbol? Should I wait to do squats and deadlifts until after week 4? The test and EQ is being run for 12 weeks. Any advice would be appreciated.

is it because your lower back is getting so pumped up so fast or are your kidneys hurting.

It doesn't feel like an internal pain (kidneys)...it's more like a strained back soreness. I stand most fo my 9 hours at work, and I did deadlifts the other day, so I'm thinking it's just the back being filled with water. It ruined my leg workout today, though, that's why it worried me.

i'm with them, if you think it's water retention take something to minimize bloat. if it still hurts you might have pulled something or back pumps. trouble shoot.

I'm taking .25mg armidex ED....if it is just back pumps, should I take my leg workouts easy until I get off dbols?

I got em too and I eventually gave them up. I'd cut down on the salt as much as possibile and take some milk thistle for your liver.

I would get the pain real bad after rows and couldnt even do curls my back hurt so much. The training is most important so good luck.

I got MAJOR lower back pumps while on IP dbol that it was actually painful after about 2-3 sets, like Pablo described. Within a week of ending the dbol the "pain" disappeared.

Default lower back pain

I am doing 60mg day, can't even walk down the street without having to sit down because my lower back gets so pumped up and numb, I think it has something to do with the kidneys, drink plenty of water to flush them out, I'm talking at least 2 gallons a day.

lower back pain is a classic side effect for alot of people on d-bol.

I also had major problems doing squats & deads, just as you mentioned.

The pain will disappear after you stop the d-bols...I'd continue for the 4 weeks, as the gains are worth it, you can go balls-to-the-wall on legs for the 6 weeks after.....Just take it easy on squats & deads for now......

Just my $.02.......

Jerry

Default Lower back pain

Yo! same F 'in thing damnit, it's deff the water weight. remember just having the extra water in your system has got to be harder on the kidneys, not to mention the back pumps.
You've got to get rid of the water.
just my .02 GB
PS bump for IP 50mg d-bols, I gots to get me some!!!

I am only taking 30mg a day and I ache everywhere. My back gets sore even if I am just standing around for too long. When I am working Bis I get pumped so hard I cant get hands behind my head to tie my necktie for the office. True.

My abs ache and my back so its sore to wear a weight lifting belt. Loads of water and daily milkthistle keep it down but its just aching all the time, not real pain, just ache. I also find that whatever I am doing at the gym (upper body) my shoulders tire and ache very quickly. I have added 10 punds in three weeks and the pump is great but I am already deflating by the time I get home. not to mention the increased tiredness/lethargy.

I find that I can just push through it with some little alterations on my workouts if it gets too painful. Loads of water = pressure on the kidneys but D-bol = great pumps. What can you do???
