I wouldn't keep your carbs too low while you're "on" bro. You'll get a little puffy, don't worry about it but you need those carbs to explode through your workouts. When you go off, try and lower you caloric intake and make it "cleaner" because you metab will slow some and you won't be lifting as much or as intense usually (although you should, it just seems harder : )
