i want to do my first cycle. I`m 20 and i practice bb for 4 years. I have 190 cm and 78 kg and i want to gain @ 10 kg.
the cycle look like this :
week 1: 500 susta / 400 deca
week 2: 500 susta/ 300 deca
week 3: 250 susta/200 deca
week 4-6: 250 susta/ 100 deca
PCT : 2 weeks after the last injection of susta : week 1 : 50 PROVIRON & 30 nolva every day
week 2: 25 proviron & 30 nolva every day
my questions: it is enough 6 weeks or i must do week 7 and 8 with 250 susta?
i will gain 10 kg if i have a good nutrition and a high intensity training?
nutrition : 5 meals / day + 4 scoops of gainer( critical mass ) + animal pak (universal) + 100% whey gold standard ( optimum nutrition) -1 scoop until sleep
THE PCT cycle is good enough?
i must take nolva every day in the time of the cycle? or only in case if my nipples gigglz?

I would run 10 weeks, 500mg sust per wk/ divided doses, and 300-400mg Deca per wk. I would
use hCG in my PCT, and no you do not need to take Nolvadex e.d. during cycle. If your nips get sore or itchy, I would take 10 mg of Nolvadex and that should take care of it for 7 or 8 days. You have to remember estrogens are important, Nolvadex e.d. could slow your gains a bit.
Read the PCT "sticky" it gives great information and explains a little about how to use hCG, Nolvadex, and Clomid to recover.

ok ....hcg if i use 500mg susta and 3-400 deca...
but how i use...500 only first week and then i use 250 ...i must use hCG or not?
good pct is most import after cycle..its help you to keep gains,make your testosterone level back fast and prepare you for your next cycle...so why make it wrong,because of few $
