i just started a new training method this week to try out. it looks like this cardio 5-10 minutes before work out everyday. mon-chest, tues-arms (tricep,bicep,forarms), wedn-shoulders, thurs-back, and fri-legs/abs. and i changed my reps to 12,8,6,4 starting at a comfortable weight that i can acheive 12 reps and working my way up for the 8 and 6 reps and ending in a very difficult weight to do but still keeping good form for the 4 reps with very little rest between sets. doing atleast 4 exercises for each muscle group. I found this routine on the net and it was said to be a good bulk work out and my diet is not perfect but pretty good starting out with 4 boiled eggs every morning and atleast 4 or 5 cans of tuna everyday alot of fruits and chicken and other types of fish and shakes absolutely NO FAST FOOD lol.
