i was trying to follow the cycle listed in the first cycle sticky for decca 300 and sustanon 250 stack. but... i only have 10cc of sustanon 250 so would it be ok to just take both my decca and sustanon all in one shot once per week. and also would it be best to take one day every week like take a shot every thurs. or should i take a shot every 5 days?

i just started a new training method this week to try out. it looks like this cardio 5-10 minutes before work out everyday. mon-chest, tues-arms (tricep,bicep,forarms), wedn-shoulders, thurs-back, and fri-legs/abs. and i changed my reps to 12,8,6,4 starting at a comfortable weight that i can acheive 12 reps and working my way up for the 8 and 6 reps and ending in a very difficult weight to do but still keeping good form for the 4 reps with very little rest between sets. doing atleast 4 exercises for each muscle group. I found this routine on the net and it was said to be a good bulk work out and my diet is not perfect but pretty good starting out with 4 boiled eggs every morning and atleast 4 or 5 cans of tuna everyday alot of fruits and chicken and other types of fish and shakes absolutely NO FAST FOOD lol.

excellent your diet looks much like my own as long as your eating about 7 or 8 times a day. tho Im sure you dont need to be doing 4 excersises per muscle just stick with the basics and train to faliure and listen to your body. trust me ive paid the price in the past for training thro my niggles. a little off the subjuct i know . short and intence workouts =- bulking. not lots of volume!

what would u reccomend i do for chest maybe 3 seperate exercises if so which ones? maybe.. flat bench,flies, and incline? i usually do a set of push ups between each exercise just to feel the burn. I appreciate the help definately im really paranoid about whether or not im doing the right thing while in the gym lol im like hmmm would this exercise be wasting my time and energy or should i do it

Like eldaringo said , short and intense . Take you time between sets so you can lift heavier . Throw out the push up s, save that energy for driving up the weight . Imo if your doing 4 exercises all with four sets a piece thats alot of sets .
