decca alone advice needed

Im starting my 2nd cycle of deca alone did one a year ago and had pretty good results .
im taking decca because i have ostio arthritus in one shoulder it realy prevents me from haveing any kind of good upper body workout. decca realy works it seems to lubricate the joint i
would say it makes it 95% better. last time i took it . i realy did not experience all the bad effects ive been reading about while on it . results continued about 3 to 4 weeks after 8 week cycle. then i did notice a liite lack in sex drive . and some strength loss but nothing major . ive read about things that are recamended to take with it and after it. (clomid novledex hgt?? not sure if the last enitials i wrote are correct?. dose anyone have any advice . i would like to take as litte amount of things as i can . im taking about 300 mgs a week of deca. i am worried about taking anything that might lower my estrigin leves to much because im doing the deca to begin with to help joint problems and estregin is supposed to help with joint function.

Most experienced guys would recommend to take more test than deca...but at least think about 250 mg of test a week

300-400mg deca 8-12 is a minimum dose in my opinion.i use it for the same reason but also stack it. you will not need anti e during the cycle. pct with clomid

Chad..deca alone without test is not correct.8 weeks of deca is too short also.Take your deca @ 300 mgs per week and a minimum of 250 mgs test..400-500 mgs would be better.Run the deca 10 weeks and the test 11-12 weeks.Use hcg 500 ius every week during cycle.Use nolvadex 4-6 weeks at 20 mgs ed for pct..after cycle.You might want to have adex on hand in case of gyno signs.

You can run the Deca only if you want but I think what everyone is trying to let you know is that if you incorporate Test with the Deca you won't have any problems with libido. You will more than likely be happier with your results. A low dose of Test is really pretty mild and definitely outweigh the negatives IMHO. If you don't want to deplete your estrogen, Nolva will be fine to fight gyno if you even get it. You can use HCG if you start to notice shrinkage and a Nolva PCT will be just fine.
