I admit we've gotten lax on this lately but Meso is to be used strictly for info only, with zero discussions about sources.

It doesn't matter if the comments are good or bad... it doesn't matter if they are about a source who is a sponsor here or not... anabolic steroids are illegal here in the states, and any discussion of specific sellers of illegal products makes us and the owner of this board a knowing party to illegal activities.

To simply discuss anabolics and other products is another matter and protected by free speech laws. So feel free to ask questions as always but do not bring up specific sources.

While I do not disagree with what you are saying, it seems a certain supplier is not being as reliable as once was. I ordered through them and got my stuff very quick and with no problems. A mate ordered on my recommendation and is getting zip. And Strangely he is getting no emails from them, with my order I got emails all the way through, he is just getting nothing.

So the point I am making is this. This board is for information purposes only, correct? I have not seen a single post saying you should buy from x. All I have seen is people saying 'are x being as good as they were?'.

This is for information. If a good source has gone sour we need to know. Just closing and deleting threads about this is the opposite of allowing information to be shared. It is simply deleting the concerns of your members.

There have already been a number of threads with people saying that company x is sponsoring boards, and they are therefore deleting any threads that qestion them. And it will just seem like this is what is happening here.

All I want to know is when I send my money to company x, will I get anything in return? I know this is illegal substances etc etc but if there is evidence a source is questionable, that is what I want to know about.

By the way Max, I think it is halarious that you cannot discuss a companies reputation on the board due to "Legal Concerns", but Board Owners take their money and let them openly advertise their illegal products.

Humm, what is more incriminating? Random people exercising their 1st amendment rights or Meso recieving an advertising check from a company who sells nothing but illegal substances.

Well, I got all my stuff from them in about 3 weeks. I was happy about that.

On a side note, I was banned from outlaw a few days ago.I emailed them and asked for a reason but no response yet. I had about 5 posts total, I would guess it might be because I asked about the results people were getting with a certain UG. Just a little surprised, never been banned before. A reason wouldve been nice.not saying it has anything to do with meso.

Alright guys, dont get bent out of shape. This is not a SOURCE board. Its a steroid education board. Going after MaxRep is not going to roll out the welcome mat for you. He is a "MODERATOR", he just doing what he is supposed to for the site. We should let the Mods decide what is incriminating or whatever else. Its really not up to members, especially new ones. Please try to understand.

Nobody is asking for a source, simply trying to discuss a companies track record. I know of other boards where owners encourage members to discuss a companies performance (not sources). Why am I not there? - Heading there right now.......

I think you should stay wherever you're headed.

I tried to explain it nicely to you but you don't seem to understand this is the owner's board, he can make whatever rules he wants here and what you think doesn't count for anything. Contrary to what you mistakenly think, you don't have any free speech rights here insofar as disparaging the Admin, mods, the board in general and the rules of this board.

Your comment about exercising your first amendment rights here is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. What in the hell makes you think you have any first amendment rights that allow you to speak out against the board here? Because you most certainly don't. This is a members only club, you can't post without being a member, and you either follow the rules here or get the hell out. And as of now, you're gone because I'm not going to put up with your snide comments anymore.

Anyone else that doesn't like the rules here can leave as well. A couple more of you are just about to be shown the door whether you want to go or not. I volunteer my time here and life is way too short for me to put up with people who come on here for 1 or 2 months and think they're going to come on here and insult me, Admin, or the board in general.

Board owner does not want members to openly discussing the illicit purchase/sales of AAS on this board. Furthermore, there is no first amendment right that protects an individual from telling someone else where to buy illicit drugs. This is not protected speech, at least in the United States.

To be sure, there is precedent to suggest that this board is not liable if its members advise others where to buy and sell steroids. Precedent suggests that individual members would be liable. And I'd rather not have that information in my databases. So, you can understand why we'd rather not see source discussion.
