delt injection

Have been injecting in my glutes, but tried my left delt last thursday. Its slightly red and still sore as hell. Doesnt really feel hot or anything, but theres a lump there. Is it just because it doesnt absorb as fast into the smaller muscle?

The delts will always be more sensitive than the glutes.

It may be because you are using a new site and it is a smaller muscle than your ass.I f you are injecting the same gear that you were using in your ass you should be fine.Maybe you were a little rough injecting so have caused a little bruising.

I usually have no longer injecting into the delts as long as I do the following:

- Never inject more than 1cc at a time
- Use a 23g .75-1" pin

Note: When I use a 1" needle I only insert it 85-90% of the way, but I know plenty of Bro's with big ass delts that always use a 1" pin with no problem.

i've done equipoise in my delts before but i used insuline needles and syringes,no pain.

Sounds fine, some test hurts more than others....like test 400 and prop. I use a 25gauge and never do more than 2 cc's.
