dermacrine and dermacrine sustain

what are the benefits of this product for hrt- specificially what are the benefits of dermacrine vs dermacrine sustain

from what i can gather dermacrine has dhea and pregnenolone in it- i
where as dermacrine sustain lacks pro hormones but has phyto al complex in it- which supposedly stimulate the testes

so some questions

1. does original dermacrine have enough dhea and preg, to be the sole for of pro hormone supplementation- ie does one need to do dhea and preg when on original dermacrine

2. will dermacrine stimulate the testes during hpta shutdown

3. are either of these two worth the money
