diabetics, beware of PGF2a

I just finished a three weeks PGF2a cycle. I'm a diabetic and I had read that PGF2a would boost insulin efficiency. I hit my shoulders 5 times a day with twice 2 mg PGF2a and some slin (between 4 and 10 IU depending of food to be eaten) in the same syringe (that was 4 mg and between 8 and 20 IU 5 times a day). My bood sugar went very high, 110 to 200 instead of 60 to 130 usually, and I needed to up my slin dosage to get to 110/200 (some days I needed 84 IU slin). I stopped this morning and it's back to normal.
1st conclusion : PGF2a will increase BS
2nd conclusion : it's not that bad because it's quickly back to normal.
I'd like to know the reason it happened that way : heat (PGF2a made me quite warm) ? stress (a lot of shits, a lot of time for all these injections) ?

Yes, I shot slin in my shoulders (with PGFa).
