Default Diet on test e eq and tren a

Guys im going to be starting my 12 week cycle of test e 1000mg a week eq 600 mg a week and tren a 400mg a week for 10weeks and test prop for last 2 weeks. I want to get an UNREAL diet set up. I want to do this the right way and gain everything i can from this cycle. When it comes to diet;s I suck. Any help would be awesome!

E..that is awesome bro ! Do you have anti e on hand and which one ? About your diet..I was asking the same question last week..look below to find my post..Jasthace put some great info on there..go check that out...also go to store and buy 300 cans of tuna ! When you get your diet figured out pm me with it bro.

Dennis i have HCG im also going to take during my cycle i am going to take 1500iu every 15days and i have a whole lot of nolva on hand incase i have another episode with my friend gyno ( i hate him ) im taking alot of test this time so i dont want any problem .i am prepaired!

Personally I think that is way too much but oh well too each its own.

I would definitely consider taking both Leterozole and Mesterolone unless you can get your hands on some RU-486 to combat both the estrogen and the progesterone you will suffer while on this cycle. Mesterolone I would take towards the last 6 weeks of your cycle to help you keep those gains and increase strength towards end.

Diet I would consider a break down of 40/40/20. That is 40% calories from protein, 40% from carbs and 20% from fat. Mostly your should be 70% complex carbs and 30% fast acting simple carbs. Fat mostly from unsaturated fats and if you can get a good percentage from essential fatty acids.
