If I'm not mistaken they are the exact same thing...Just differant names because they are produced by two differant companies..Like Name brand and generic brand....

They are both just synthetic thyroid hormone.

most will say that t3 is t3. any brand should work the same.

Just different brands.
I dont know if cynomel is more pure, better company i dont know, but, i think it is by far the best available.
