Hey there guys I have a question that I hope someone can asnwer.
I dislocated my right knee pretty bad about 2 years ago and the doctor told me I can have surgery or I can let it heal by its self because surgery does not always garentee a 100% fix. So I decided to let it heal by its self.
Anyway!!! every now and then when I least expect it, it will just pop out of joint making a loud crunching sound and then pop back in. To clarify I am not talking about my knee cap here, what I mean is my shin bone moves out of the joint conecting my shin, knee and thigh bone.
Ok so my question is this!
I have heard
deca can be good on making tendons/ligaments stronger, and since I was wanting to do a cycle I thought why not use it for a double purpose gain some muscle and maybe hopefully make my knee etc stronger so it wont pop out! I'm so sick of it. Can anyone give me some advice on
Deca and what mg to use? and what else I should run with it? I would prefer a mild cycle. my main concern is cholesterol rise.
Any advice is muchly appreciated!!!!
