I would rather start @ 100 for a week and then bump it by 100mg every week or stay at a low dose for a longer period of time. Don't get me wrong, I hate cardio but I do like doing some low impact while on the DNP, why not enhance your weight loss?
Well, I know that 600 is a lot hotter than 400. But not sure how much more effective higher doses are for weightloss.
Tried 400 for 13 days, one week of, and 600 for 6 days, many years ago, but didnt log the difference in results from 400 and 600.
Lost about 24 pounds total. Did some light cardio on 600 (not doing that again).
Might go as low as 300 with strict diet and cardio.

I was never able to get to 600mg, 500 was way more then I wanted to tolerate on a daily basis and now that summer is coming I would give the low dose longer cycle a try. I also find the longer I am on DNP the better my diet stays on track and no cheating on alcohol or an occasional beer. I think my last cycle was 24 days and I lost around 20lbs, but I never get that big whoosh after I stop like others get, not sure why but after several cycles it has just never happened.
i didnt get the woosh this time either on my last cycle......i was exited for it because for the first time i saw how much leaner i was getting while on dnp.
Maybe it was the gear, ive never run it with gear until now.
So, if one is eating under maintence calories (as calculated when not on DNP), and one is getting sufficient protein, does it really matter all that much what you're eating while on DNP?

Big whoosh? What do you mean? Regained weight?
I never had any new negative sides when I stopped either.

I never needed to use more than 200mg a day. With diet and exercise I would loose 4lbs a week with just a little sweating at night. I don't understand the need to go with higher doses.
