Default DNP and light headed

I quit my DNP cycle early because of a being light headed.

This was my dosage and days. This DNP is the "P" version.
Apr 25 100mg <- everything fine <- Started at 178lbs
Apr 26 100mg <- everything fine
Apr 27 100mg <- everything fine - light night sweat
Apr 28 200mg <- restless night - light night sweat - workout sucks
Apr 29 200mg <- restless night - light night sweat - workout sucks ass
Apr 30 200mg <- slept fine A/C stays at 68 - workout was ok
May 1 100mg <- slept fine - light headed durning the day - short sucky workout -
May 2 100mg <- slept fine - light headed - no workout - bad case of shits <- Ended at 172lbs
May 3 no dosage <- slept great - light headed during the day

FYI: My temp stayed at 98.0 - 98.6. BP was always fine.

Is the light headedness part of the lethargic feeling that most people feel? The last 2 days (May 2 and 3), I felt that I needed to watch myself to make sure I wouldn't pass out. It was like I was losing oxygen to the brain. As soon as a sat down or laid down for a minute I was fine. It felt like that headrush you get when you go off from doing a set of back hyperextensions on the hyperextension bench.

I also felt like my reaction time was slower.

Any ideas?

I have a friend that is using the same caps from the my bottle for his cycle. He is at 500mg a day with only night sweats and a little lethargy. Maybe this shit isn't for me.

Thanks Guys
J

I would also suggest looking at your food intake throughout the cycle. I have found that the right foods / liquids at the right times make ALL the difference in the world.

PS -- After trying different products, I am a HUGE fan of P ... it is, by far, the best product I have found.

it could have been due more then likely to your diet while on

I love it when Selene jumps in and does the impossible -- she actually makes me look semi-intelligent by supporting my theory.

Thanks S!

Well, I checked just about everything.

Blood glucose stays in the range of 70 - 110 mg/dL
Hemoglobin is perfect at 18 gm/dL

I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something else. What do you think is a good DNP diet? I read the "how not to fuck up DNP" and researched on many other sites, but most only stated that the diet really didn't matter on how much more or less weight you would lose. I will admit that I didn't start taking (all) the vitamins until the 4 day of DNP. I do take a Multi vit and Flaxseed cap daily.

I maintain about a 2500 - 3000 calorie diet. i it would be close to a 40\40\20.

I honestly had other reasons for trying DNP. A friend of mine (female) wanted to try it, but we didn't know anyone personally that did it. So, I decided to go first (guinea pig). My other friend (male) took 50 of my DNP caps and he didn't have any problems. He eats more now because of the DNP, doens't take any vits, and is still losing weight. I did get him to start drinking V8. he drinks that stuff all the time now.

Any ideas on how or what my diet should be?

Thanks guys
J

despite numbers, sound like a low Blood sugar to me. Get some glucose tabs and do some experimentation. DNP should not have any effect on light headedness. Or, you could be severly dehydrated. In which case, you need to start hydrating. You could be at serious risk. You say you're having the shits, which is another symptom. Most guys will drink 1+ gallons water/day on DNP. I sometimes go as high as 3 gallons. DNP blunts thirst and dehydrates....Be careful mate.

Also, diet always has an effect on how much weight you lose, in any situation...well, except losing a limb or liposuction. Those are pretty straightforward. Yes, you can eat a lax diet and still lose a little on DNP, but you can also spend hundreds on DNP and antiox and good food and not lose an ounce if you're not keeping your cals in check.
