Default DNP and temperature

Gents,

Ive been running DNP for about a week now. Ramping up using 150mg crystal capsules to 600mg for a few days. Finding that dose a bit too miserable to maintain for an extended amount of time (Im looking to lose somewhere around 10 to 15 pounds starting at 235-240lbs.) At 600mg I was very moody, extremely sweaty,.and was developing a terrible sore throat. Now Im taking 300mg per day . 300mg leaves me still sweating and a little lethargic, but less irritable.

At any rate, despite being sweaty, lethargic, ect (thus indicating that my dnp is authentic) I do not seem to have lost any weight. I know this may be water weight, however I thuoght I would have at least lost a pound or two. Also, my temperature has been fluctuating between mid 96's and low to mid 97s, occasionally reaching 98 or maybe a bit more. This seems to be low to me, and maybe could indicate some correlation with my perceived lack of weight loss.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Also, should I try and throw in some more cardio if I can stand it, or is it more trouble than its worth on DNP

The unstable temps are weird. I tend to stay at a certain temp 98F once I'm splitting my caps. I do 600mg ED, I take 2 in the morning, 2 in the middle of the day and 2 in the early evening...I also use powder not crystal.

I do cardio on DNP, I also drink 1-2gal of water just to stay hydrated.

Are you having any fructose? You need carbs on DNP to lose fat, glycogen also elevates my mood while on DNP, IMHO. I actually enjoy my DNP experience.

THere is something wrong with you LS!

You said you need carbs. Why is that? Just to help counter act the lethargy? I know when I consume carbs I get hotter, but isnt that the DNP burning off the carbs I just consumed?

not really burning them off..

it's affecting the way your body handles the ATP function.. sort of expending more calories to do the same task..

i feel fruits on my dnp cycle keep me burning hot, thus cutting fat, and yes i experience little to no lethargy and my mood like i said is actually really good on DNP. I don't mind sweating which is the biggest pain in the ass.

Yeah, this is very weird. I dont seem to be losing any weight at all, despite sweating quite frequently. Could it be water? I bumped back up to 450mg today.

You are burning fat, using more calories, sweating, and holding water.. What are your calories at? What is your normal maintenance? What are you eating?

Suffice it to say that I am eating significantly less than I normally do. I am now taking 2 caps of D's dnp along with 150mg of IP. Im sweating a little, but nothing like I would expect. Tomorrow will be day 14. I have lost very little, if any, weight. Unless, I am just holding tons of water.

Don't say that, I'm sitting on a 100 caps here But if in your experience P's is better, can't wait to do business with him since I had a good run with D's 10lbs in 14 days at a low dose phase.
