Moved from general disussion forum to here. -Thanks HDH I Am Starting A Dnp Cycle And I Am Going To Post My Progress On Here. I Have Done My Homework As This Is Something That Must Be Done Correctly With No Room For Error. I Am In Day 2 Of The Carb Depletion Phase And Will Be Starting The Dnp Of 250 Mg Crystalline Thursday, For Every Day Until Otherwise Noted. I Will Post A Before Picture Tonight Or Tomorrow When I Am Back Home. My Height Is 6'1 And Weight Is 201 Lbs. My Age Is 24 Yrs Old I Will Be On A 3 Day Lifting/ 3 Day Cardio Schedule Eating My Weight In Grams Of Protein Each Day While Minimizing Carbs And Fatty Foods. Drinking 2 Gallons Of Water Per Day With Proper Antioxidants And Other Assorted Supplements That Will Be Noted. My Goal Is 21 Days And To Cut Up To 185lbs With Little Bodyfat. I Am Down From A Wieght Of 220 Lbs And Softer Due To 3 Screws In My Shoulder From A Motocycle Injury. I Was Benching 3sets/8reps Prior To The Injury At 3 Plates, And Am Now Down To 2 Plates. This Should Jumpstart Me Back Into Mental And Physical Progress As I Feel I Am Ready For This And My Shoulder Should Now Stay Inside The Socket, I Hope... Wish Me Luck And Please, ** Dont Tell Me How Stupid I Am, Ive Done My Homework And Accept My Undertakings. This Cycle Will Be Done By The Book. |

yes it was, i was directed to move it into this forum. Im new to meso-rx so I took the advise. you guys got me in the run around now so... when in doubt, ima be a good boyscout and stay put.

Yah I apoligize for the first post, i wrote in all caps and it just came out that way. All over my skin wtf? I got some fucked up birthmarks lol. Just took my first 250mg cap. Felt good eating my 250 g carb meal a few hours ago. Chicken parmigan with at least a pound of pasta. Already feeling the effects of such a meal. My boy started his DNP a week ago same batch and has been losing a steady pound p/day since day two. He told me to limit my carb intake now as much as possible to prevent myself from getting too hot and hellish, its been ranging from 80-95 degrees back and forth out here. Tomorrow going on a 5 mile hike with steep climbs. 50% chance of showers, Ill enjoy the outdoors while i can... Oh, tried the dermacrine sustain first application today at about 4. At about 10 got laid and had a stonger orgasm than usual, so i waited an hour and did it again and same thing. I dunno if im trippin or what, she did make me choke her that might of been it lol, ill figure it out tomorrow might just be in my head. Ive been wondering if I should workout on this with just my own bodyweight, doing multiple sets of push ups, situps, lunges, or stay in the gym with the heavy resistance lifting?> open for any suggestions to what is going to help me regain muscle/cut me up. Note that 10 months ago i was 30 pounds heavier with half the body fat. Can anyone tell me about muscle memory as well? Thanks

I am a huge believer in continuing to lift heavy, even if low reps, whenever you are cutting weight, regardless of the method. I believe that it helps you to retain your muscle through the cutting cycle. Just my two cents -- probably only worth a hay-penny though. |
