Where did you read it breaks down DNA. It steals protons.. thats about it.. It actually has been found to a cancer fighting agent. Alot of people originally thought DNP will cause a large amount of free radicals which is what causes mutations in the DNA and cause cancer but this isnt the case.

Can you toss me alink to where you read that?? Just curious

depends how you look at it. if you base your fat loss on dnp, then sure, its a shortcut. if youre trying to bust off those last few killer pounds, its a training aid.

its the trenbolone of fat loss imo

Macro?s DNP Supplements

200mg alpha lipoic acid 3x a day with meals
1200-1500mg magnesium in 2-3 divided doses.
2-3000mg vitamin C
1200IU of vitamin E
200mcg of selenium.
1000-2000mg of calcium (can?t take it with the magnesium, though. Take it before bed)
Melatonin if you can?t sleep and it is also one of the best and cheapest anti-oxidants.
50mg of zinc a day
one iron tab as hemoglobin is a protein as well.
A potassium gluconate tab or two a day
Taurine at 3g a day.
Glutamine at 15g-20g a day .
1 table spoon glycerol 3 x a day
at least 2 gallons of water
a fan to point at your head while sleeping- or at work- basically anytime you can point a fan at you
500mg grapeseed extract
300mg cranberry extract
600-900mg of green tea
a good mulit vitamin
EC+1g of tyrosine 3x per day and 20mg of yohimbine topically 2x per day- for added energy and fat burning effects

eh the supplement list is a load of crap. sorry to say but it looks to have been written by someone who sells supplements. goerge spellwin?

anyway imo (pharmacist) glycerol, C, E, and maybe an electrolyte replacement every now and again are all you should be thinking about.

i read the rationale behind half of the supps and i thought geez someone really really wants to sell this shit

bottom line: STAY HYDRATED. KEEP ELECTROLYTES NORMAL. STAY COOL. USE ANTIOXIDANTS. thats it.

Bump , DNP at doses over 400 mg per day werent easy for me either, and i have a desk job in an A/C office. I couldnt venture too far from my fans without sweating like a MO-FO. Totally worth it for me though, make the decision yourself. Read H's article on how not to fuck up DNP, read animals post on n0neck.com . I picked the worst week so far this summer to do it, since its been 90-95+ every day for 10-12 days where i live.

Bro for me DNP was the best fat burner I ever tried by far I lost 15 lbs in three weeks I ran it at 200 and 400 mgs EOD. I know there are safer ways to lose weight, but DNP was the most effective. It made me uncomfortable all the time(constantly sweating) but it was worth it IMO.

everyones covered the bases here... just be on top of your shit while on, and dont fuck things up. i recently had a buddy fuck up and mistakenly take a double dose in the morning.... luckily he was already running a small dose so it wasnt a huge issue... but about a week in he got a case of food poisoning and mistook it as sides from the DNP and didnt stop using... needless to say he ran into big trouble and almost bought the farm basically. now i know you all will say... "well your buddies an idiot"... lol, and yes in this case he was... but you really need to pay attention to your overall health and listen to your body more than anything.
