I will eat anything really....
DNP: 1st day 200mg at 2:00 pm
2nd day 200mg at 8:00 am, 200mg at 8:00 pm
3rd day 200mg at 2:00 pm
4th day 200mg at 8:00 am, 200mg at 8:00 pm
This will continue as so for about 28 days, this is a moderately low dose cycle, I will be keeping my electrolytes up with a couple V8's every day (bought two 24's of it)... maybe longer depending on the sides... any comments? no flamers
not bad bro. it should be kicking in full at the 4th or 5th day mark, (some feel it sooner). remember that with the dose so low, u wont lose that much "weight" until u come off (u will be holding water at the same time ur loosing fat). but let us know how its going for you. good luck!

ate like a whole pizza and some crazy bread (from little ceasers)
played some halo2, slept, and now im typing this...
my college is on strike so i dont have to go so everyone will be freaked out when the strike is over.... I hope
LMAO P.S. I though i would be hot during the night so i left my window open, when i woke up, there was snow in my room and i was freezing... haha heat hasnt kicked in enough yet!
1) 8 liters sounds like it's pushing it in terms of water consumption. There is such a thing as drinking too much water and guys on DNP routinely overdo it.
2) I'd stick to a single dose for the first 3-4 days. Some guys (7% to 12%) are allergic to DNP and you can break out with some nasty welts. It's a good idea to assess tolerance before upping the dose.
3) I'd try to keep the diet in check if I were you. Eating a whole pizza isn't the best way to lose weight. If you want to maximize the results, cut back on the calories.
4) I didn't see anything about E+C, which would be a good idea to take.
Bigbench, have you ever taken DNP? 400mg/day will start to kick your ass after about a week. I have lost twenty pounds in two weeks at that dose.
Kdude- You might want to add some T3 in there after the second week. (If you do decide to run it that long) And takings con's advice would be wise.

Personally, I don't it's a good idea to take T3 unless you're on steroids. Part of the reason T3 drops is to exert a protein sparing effect. It's pretty well established that T3 on a diet will result in nitrogen losses. If you do anything with T3, it should be a very low dose.
