Question DNP Projections & More Questions :-)

First of all YES I have read all the other DNP threads on here and YES I have read DNP threads on other boards as well. I am still doing my homework but have some questions that I am hoping for some input on but first my specifics may help:

I am 46, 5'8", 161lbs, 23% BF
Currently on 5g Androgel HRT and still tweaking, (labs posted on other threads) but T levels are good, evaluating E2 & DHT
I need to lose some serious body fat in a reasonable amount of time hence considering DNP
I do BAD on ECA because I can't handle "wired effect" and I can't handle the loss of appetite
Clen scares me more than DNP becuase of the "programed cell death issues"

1) Does the attached spreadsheet projection make any sense?
2) Is the 1/2 lb/day realistic?
3) I am not planning a 20 day cycle just used it as a reference for BF targets
4) Overall target I would like to reach is about 10% BF loss but I MUST gain lean mass or I will disappear :-)

Any thoughts and comments are truly appreciated

1) Yes, spreadsheet makes sense
2) Yes, but realize 1/2 a pound per day is a deficit of about 1750 calories per day. IF your metabolism is 2500/day and each 200mg capsule of powder DNP raises your metabolism 30% or so, then each capsule will burn about 750 calories. This means you need to take 2 per day AND cut out 250 calories from your diet (for a total of 1750 cal per day). Note that 400mg DNP/day is running pretty hot, especially in the summer. You might want to reconsider your goal and take it nice and easy with one cap a day and a deficit of 250-500 calories in diet. That would get you there with a loss of 1/3 lb fat/day, but it would be much easier and the better choice IMO.
4) DNP is not inherantly catabolic. Most wieght loss will be fat mass. To prevent LBM losses, keep lifting heavy, keep your protein intake up, and take EC.
