DNP Question

A question for those that have used DNP before, or can give advice.

My last DNP cycle was my first one, and I had to end it early due to an alergic reaction. I'm planning to give it another go while using a anti-histamine from the start as I heard it may help.

What recomennded dose of Benadrylwould you run?

Apparently most people get an allergic reaction near the end or upon cessation of use of DNP. I get it at the start regardless of taking anti-allergy tabs or not. Upon continued use of the antihistamines however, the allergy would ameliorate.

Last time I took DNP I actually started taking the antihistamines (10mg cetirizine dihydrochloride) a couple of days in advance. I took two tabs a day; one in the morning and one in the evening and continued usage throughout the DNP cycle. I experienced no allergic reactions this time.

As long as they don't cause drowsiness, this should be fine for you.
