Default DNP Question - Kick in Time

Hey Guys,

Im am using P's 100mg DNP caps. This is my first DNP Cycle and am using his cycle plan of
1 cap days 1-5
2 caps days 6-10
3 caps days 11-15
4 caps days 16-20

I am currently on day 5 so im on my last day of taking 1 cap a day. Just wondering when i might start feeling the heat. I know everyone is different but just looking for an average of when to expect it. Havnt felt anything as of yet.

Also do you guys think its a a waste to just take 100mg a day or should you always start at say 200mg?

I used P's product and I started out at 200mgs / day. I didn't start to feel the effects until day 4-5. Once the heat starts, it stays on until you get off. At 200mgs a day, you will feel some warmth, but not too bad. 400 is definitely warm, 600 is HOT!!!

I would start at 200, but that is just me.

Depends on the dose. At 100mg/day, you probably won't feel anything. At 200mg/day, you'll probably feel an increase in warmth. At 300mg/day, it's very likely you'll feel warm, sweaty, and more out of breath. At 400mg/day, just multiply the sides from 300mg/day. Once you get to 300-400mg/day, you'll definitely be feeling it. Until then, I'd stick to the cycle you have planned. Go nice and easy and enjoy your cut as blood levels slowly increase. Far too often, guys jump in and are taking 400mg/day on day 3 because they didn't feel anything at 200mg/day on days 1 and 2. That's just stupid. You're doing things right... Let us know how it goes. Also, make sure to have your diet and exercise in check.

after abt 8 days of 200-300mg/day, I was walking around with no jacket on in winter when it was 20* out.

and it gets even more intense right after you eat carbs.
