I lift 3 days a week, 20 min cardio another 3 days, 1 day off. I also walk a lot instead of driving places.
Diet is pretty moderate- 5-6 small meals a day, low fat/moderate carb/high protein.
Ex.-
breakfast: bowl of fat free cottage cheese, 1 pc toast w/ a little butter, fruit
lunch: meat, salad, a small amt of fries,rice, or other carb
snack:4 egg whites, fruit
dinner: meat, salad, less carbs than @ lunch
snack: 3-4egg whites, fruit
bedtime: 1/8-1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
Basically, I eat as much lean protein and fruit as I want but try to moderate other carb sources/unneccessry fat.
