I know I can't take the whole pill,,Lol. Gives me a headache. So
I'd,,split it up,,1 half in the Morning,,the other around noon.

i cut em in half.....love em by the way

one week of 50mg ED ip d/ 1000mg test a week/ and 1/2mg adex eod, and already up 10lbs...(but start cutting monday)

I took them whole and had no problems but I hear you should cut them in 1/4 peices and split them up throughout the day.

With th half life being about 3.5 hrs I woulld suggest youu would split it up thoughout the day, for optimum results....James. Just my 2 cents...James

I might be crazy, but it seemed like my d-bols worked better when I took at least 25mg at a time, twice a day, just my .02
