Don't Laugh -- First Injection Bent Needle

Ok rookie mistake -- so I did my first injection -- 250 ml Test -- didn't feel a thing but had difficultly pushing the plunger -- so I gave it all I had and when I removed the needle it was bent 20+ degrees and boy is my rear soar.

So any feedback on why that plunger was so difficult to push in and how to do this more gracefully.

No need to laugh. I have done it a time or two as well and I am sure a few others have as well. All in getting used to.

Being able to hold a steady hand while injecting. Just got to do it a few times and you will get used to it.

Wait till you hit a vein and it squirts out 3 inches.

AS nailed it. It will take some getting use to. Being your first injection Im sure your hand wasnt exactly relaxed. Also, dont expect to just push the plunger down fast. It will take about 30-45 seconds to get it all in. Its safer to go slow anyway. Good luck on your next injection, and remember, relax if you can.

if your worried that you screwed up the injection; you did'nt. everything went in fine just on an angle. no problem.

IT's taking a long time because you are pushing oil through a very tiny needle..you could try a 22 gauge..it is a stronger needle too.Never push the needle all the way into the skin ,stop pushing in before you bury it..you want to be able to see just like a 1/4 " of it..this way if you break it off it will not be under the skin.try loading the syringe next time and running hot water over it for a few minutes..this should help thin the oil a bit.

Ha. Lou, you're the first to notice he's claimed to inject 250 ML of test. Hell, never mind bending the needle, I'd like to see the size of that syringe!
