Default Durabolin - Help!

Dear all,

I've been training for ten years, am quite chunky, but nowhere near as defined as I'd like to be.

I really need to strip the body fat off, but am worried about hitting the treadmill too hard as I don't want to lose any muscle mass.

I considered doing a couple of cycles of sustanon so I could maybe put on an extra bit of lean muscle, but on non-weight days, hit the cardio hard to strip the fat off without impacting my existing muscle mass as I have read that when using gear seems the only time weights and cardio seem to mix

This seems like overkill, for something which should be a relatively simple process. I'm not overly keen on some of the side effects associated with test cycles, so a friend recommended Durabolin, and I'm positive he said there was a difference between deca durabolin and just 'durabolin'. I can only find info on 'deca durabolin', so am a bit hesitant on acting on his advice if he's not totally clued up.

Baring in mind that all i'm after is a slight increase in mass (had a hip op a few months ago and my legs have disappeared...and need a kick start!) and to be able to train hard on the cardio but without losing any muscle, does anyone have any recommendations?

Durabolin was recommended due to me not liking some of the side effects of other gear, and it's not really mass I am after, just the ability to get on with cardio, but not at the expense of muscle.

Does anyone use just Durabolin or should it be stacked with something else?
Does using gear just so I can train harder aerobically seem daft?
Are there other products better suited for what I want to acheive?

Sorry for the basic questions, I have had a good look around this site, but can't really find what I am after. I only want to get slightly bigger, but really want to get lean, but without shrinking.

Oh, My mrs is alays gagging for it, so am also a little worried about the loss of labido when using gear!

Help! Any advice you may have is greatly appreciated as this seems to be the place for the right info!

You need to do a lot of research. Study the drug profiles here. When it comes to adjusting from bulking and leaning out, the main adjustment is diet. When you want to lean out cut back on the carbs and somewhat on the fat(make sure you do only good fats[monosaturated, i.e. fish oils]. To start over, well you have to start over. Don't get impatient. This will only get you frustrated and increases the chance of injuries. Keep studying. Seek and ye shall find.

Well if your misses is always horny and you are worried about your libido then deca on its own is the last thing you want to use.
Secondly dont worry about getting smaller if a lot of the weight you are carrying is fat then you are certainly going to shrink although your appearance will improve dramatically. I always laugh at people who say to me that they have been dieting for 4 weeks and have lost 10 pound im sorry but to drop bodyfat you have to drop weight.
If i were you i would just run some test like you originally planned tell me what your previous cycle history is and i will make you out a cycle
