Dutasteride - topical or oral

I have been looking at the AG dutasteride option and am curious if it is an oral or topical product. Input is greatly appreciated.

Also, any dosage recommendations you might offer will be likewise appreciated very much. Thanks in advance!

stick with xandrox; many bros have had good luck with it.. You basically want to inhibit the DHT in the scalp.

I would stay with anything topical rather than oral. I have read in the past that you can take a tablet of dutasteride and mix with alcohol to apply topically. I have no first hand experience with this but, it was posted by Visions on Genx forum.

I had a consult a few weeks ago with Dr. Lee (the inventor of Zandrox) and he told me during the cycle to use topical spironolactone twice a day for dht blockage. The Xandrox can be applied over that, but the azalic acid in Xandrox does not provide the extent of dht block as the spironolactone. The Xandrox adds the 15% minoxidil which spurs growth but doesn't block dht best, although the azalic acid blocks a little. 5 percent spironolactone cream is better than 2 % lotion but cream is inconvenient/impractical in my experience. Forget about additional azalic acid for a dht blocker, as it is inferrior to the spironoloactone.

have you used the spiro yet???

I agree with what you said. but, real world experience prevails. I have been using xandrox 5% during the day and 15% in the evenings. It has eliminated hair loss during my tren cycles and regenerated growth after my cycles are over.

as for the spiro. After using it don't pplan on leaving your house.... unless you live in the back woods. Then again a varmint hunter may mistake you for a skunk. That stuff will make you stink for days!!!

Yes, you are right, spironolactone is stinky and looks greasy. I wear a hat. I have been applying the 2% spironolactone and 15% Xandrox morning and night and wear a hat in between.
Sometimes I'll wash my hair during the day with the special Regrowth shampoo a few hours after my morning application. This won't work if you have to go to work with people and are expected to look and smell good. Thanks for bringing me back to the mainstream. Maybe that's why I can't attract a lady?

why don't you just run the 5% in the morning after a shower and then at night use the 15% before bed. The 5% does have some dht inhibitors in it. I believe the 15% does as well. At least the smell won't be bad. As for styling. I use the 5% after a shower and immediately rub some gel in. Works great.

Anyway, a double application of 15%; not sure if this is necessary. Not too mention... as you already know, pretty nasty.

I use the 15% twice a day plus the spiro twice a day. I'm paranoid. My hair needs all the help it can get and this regiment is what dr. lee recommended for maximum protection. It's very expensive though as I'm running through the stuff like crazy. After the cycle I just need a nightime application of 15%.
