Default ECA Question

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but will ECA have an effect (a positive one) on me if I consume 2-3 cups of coffee per day?

I am trying to cut back on the caffeine but it's my one vice!

Some people react differently to caffeine. If you are on ECA you could be freaked out drinking a lot of coffee. But as long as you keep it monitored you should have a positive effect.

Considering drinking coffee to be a "vice" or in any way bad for you is yesteryear's thinking.

There's now considerable evidence that drinking a cup or two of coffee per day is actually good and beneficial for you.

Drinking coffee:
1. provides a major source of anti-oxidants... far more than in green tea
2. lowers the risk of gallstone disease
3. lowers risk of type 2 diabetes
4. lowers risk of colon cancer
5. lowers risk of Parkinson's disease
6. improves mental alertness
7. reduce the chances of developing cirrhosis of the liver

These benefits are not just my opinion... they're all based on facts developed through published scientific studies.

It should be noted that consuming caffeine can raise one's blood pressure so if a person has high blood pressure to start, moderation is important.

Best regards,

I have replaced the aspirin with L-tyrosine(1g 2 x daily) and have had great results thus far. It is much easier on my stomach.

Im paraphrasing here:

Tyrosine causes specific (B3, B6, C, folic acid) vitamins and minerals (iron, copper, and zinc) to be converted to norepinephrine and dopamine. Norepinephrine stimulates the release of stored bodyfat and helps control the release of endocrine hormones. These hormones regulate your appetite and metabolism. Dopamine stimulates your pituitary to release GH. Tyrosine has also been implicated in reducing the physiological and behavioral effects of stress.
Dose: 500-1000mg 3 x daily.

I have also capped Yohimbine HCL 5mg and L-Tyrosine 500mg for my wife, she is not interested in the ECT stack so I made these for her. she has noticed a big difference in her energy levels and overal sense of well-being. Hope this helps.
