Default elevated AST and ALT levels

I recently decided to undergo my first complete blood work assessment since beginning to take gear nearly five years ago. My AST level was 95, ALT was 65. I had increased levels of red blood cells as well as hemoglobin hematocrit and cholesterol. My doctor immediatly ordered hepatitis tests which I am currently awaiting the results. I have done several searches but thus far have come up with little information if gear can cause these types of abnormalities. If anyone has had similiar readings or knowledge please let me know.

Not sure if this will help but here is a pretty good link. I think those values are raised in people that do alot of resistance training. Can't remember my exact#'s but mine were a little high as well and I use gear sparingly.

Also on another post on anabolex posted by Ulter

Tyler Liver Detox factors and Glucorell R will help tremendously. But you need to have them check your GGT and NOT ALT or AST numbers. Doctor's looking at the ALT and AST numbers can not tell the difference between muscle and liver damage and they both cause these levels to rise. So a weightlifter will have much higher levels than the average Joe they are measuring you against. GGT is the only accurate number.
