DAY TWO:

Quick catch up:

Took 200mg first thing in the morning. About a minus four ounce weight difference from this time yesterday.

Spent the day house-painting. The room thermometer read 16oC but I was fairly clammy although not actually breaking a sweat.

Starting to get hungry.

Temp in the morning: 36.2C (97.16)

Temp in the evening: 36.2C (97.16)

Stuck to my daily diet and supplements.

Ate:
Toast and peanut butter / banana /orange and low fat yoghurt for breakfast.
Lo-fat veggie veggie burger, huge green salad, apple and pear for lunch.
Homemade veg. in tomato sauce and pasta for dinner with cheese (for protein!). Lo-fat ice-cream and 2 plums for dessert.

Wee now atomic yellow (nice)

I miss coffee

Off to the gym now for my first 90min weights workout of the week. Hopefully no barbell Barbies around to annoy me tonight. Why do some women wear full make-up and earrings when lifting weights? Actually, it is not that which annoys me but the ill-concealed staring at my old t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. What is the point in paying a fortune for clothes you are going to cover in sweat? It is like painting a house in a Chanel suit.

Thanks for the interest and the best wishes.
E.

Well, to attract men (or women, if that is the appropriate personal slant).

Why do men go to the gym to lift weights? To get stronger and look better, to feel better, generally. But why do men want to look better? To attract women and get laid, of course.

Guys, feel free to debate the motives ... but I expect that my generalization is pretty accurate

Keep up the great work!

Took 200mg first thing in the morning. About a minus one pound and one ounce weight difference from this time yesterday.

Spent the day house-painting again. The house thermometer read 167oC. When using the drill, I really started sweating. Merely walking home had me breaking a sweat too.

Could happily eat a tree, leaves and all. With the sunshine here, I am thinking with great longing of a gin and tonic. Ach well, only nine more days on DNP (and four days grace) and I can have my drink then. Knowing my luck, it will probably be raining at that stage.

Temp in the morning: 36.2C
Temp in the evening: 36.6C

Stuck to my supplements regime but cheated on my diet by having a brioche and banana mid-morning which adds about 200 cals to my daily total.

Ate:
Toast and peanut butter / nectarine /orange and low fat yoghurt for breakfast.
Homemade carrot soup, green salad, apple and pear for lunch.
Brioche and banana as a mid-morning snack
Homemade veggie. shepard's pie for dinner

Off to the gym now for my first 110mins cycling workout of the week.
