I'm currently running Sust and EQ at 500mg and 400mg EW respectively,(M/TH). Do you think 125mg Sust and 100mg EQ EOD would be better? I'm happy with the results now, I just wanted some opinions. Thanks,

I think 125mg Sust and 100mg EQ EOD would be a little excessive poking at those low amounts eod.

250 sust and 200 EQ in my opinion would be the best way to go. You could set it up Monday sust, Tu EQ, Thr sust, Fri EQ.

role model has good advice for you and i think we all agree that sust taken eod is the optimum way....but..and a very big BUT..i was just keep on keepin on what you are doing bro..it will not make that big of a difference.....how is your apetite?The eq should make you hungry as a horse..

Thanks Bro's!! I'll keep with the same schedule. As for the appetite, it's unreal! Although, I should have factored in the food bill with this cycle, I have to eat at least every two hours. BTW, I'm approaching WK 8 and the results are way better than expected.

Consider yourself lucky. Most bros have to force themselves to eat every 2 hours
