estrogen vs strength

does more estrogen make you weaker? like, if you raised your estrogen levels but kept your test the same would you become weaker, regardless of where your test is?

I believe you would just hold water and deposit fat, as long as your test levels stay the same

some men have naturally high levels of estro, wouldn't it be harder for them do break into a sport like bodybuilding or powerlifting, or not matter?
