Like y'day, all i wanted to do was lift. I was at a friends house and his wife took an order for some food. I had dinner plans so i thought i would saty for an hour or so an then lift before dinner.
It took her 2 HOURS to make the f&%king food! Now i am obligated to eat it cuz she spent so much time on it. And, i got dinner plans in 2 hours!! Needless to say by the time i got done eating i am full and no way i can workout before more dinner plans. I am on cycle so i HATE to miss a workout. I was so pissed i wanted to rip someones head off. I don't like feelin ghis way. If i'm off cycle its no big deal. I take the workouts very seriously while on!
