Is winny only gonna help a guy in a explosive power and cardio sport. I know Ben Johnson all in all being an Olympic athlete used Winny, so it must have helped him in some way.

I have heard guys say that when they're on winny, and running around a track, it feels like someone is carrying you...

guess thats why Johnson was so fast.

but it can make your joints hurt too


I personally have no experience with winny.

Yea, that always seemed like a contradiction... I wonder what Johnson's exact protocal was on dosage and what not and if he took anything to counter joint pain

exactly, if your knees are aching, how can your run fast?

i wonder if he was on oral winny or injectable, probably oral. Maybe he pulsed it on race days, or EOD?

I was looking to do 50mg ed 30ml bottle 4 wks! How would the joints feel with this dose!

I personally dont like the stuff {winstrol} in my opinion it's only good for standing around and posing.
With the cramps you get form it, I would'nt want to do an explosive sport using it for fear of pulling a muscle, e.g hamstring.
I would use a low dose of Haloteston.{fluroxymesteron}
