Default Extreme Calorie Deficit and Fat loss

I dont plan on doing this, just want to know for my own curiosity.

Lets say you were on cycle, using the usual Test and Deca stack. You then cut calories to an extreme level. Only taking in 1200-1500 per day.

You kept training and did everything as usual just had a very low calorie intake.

Would you lose a great deal of muscle? Or, would the AAS be enough to prevent muscle loss?


This is all hypothetical, dont plan on running. Just curious.

I've run calories this low using test and deca but I also used 2 short cycles of clen and t3 {@ 2week on/off only }
I lost 1/2 inch of my arms but 9 inches off my waiste over 6 month period.

You will look as though you are losing muscle, but the actual amount of muscle loss would be too small to notice. What you would see is a depletion of glycogen as well as water and fat being pulled from in and on the muscle. So, no, you would not lose much if any muscle. But that is granted that about 90% of those cals are from protein.

not understanding why you want to go to that extreme with a cycle...not a good idea IMO...I can understand if you were in the end of a competetion and needed to striate yourself...but not a good idea...

if you do lose calories.....lose starches and sugars.....and keep you protein very high;

Im just curious as to what would happen. I know Deca is not used for fat loss,, per say but I just thought of 2 strong anabolics, Test and Deca. Something that would aid in holdiing onto muscle.

I mean alot Hollywod actors have eating disorders and such. They lose alot of weigtht, we have all seen the pics. BUt I was just curious if you put your body in a really low calorie deficit but were taking AAS, would you lose mostly fat and just a little muscle?

I know this is not safe, its hypothetical. Just curious if you could lose a pretty good amount of fat and still only lose a little muscle if you did things this way.

When you do drop calories this low accassionally you hit the wall have have nothing{energy}
Thats a cheat day,add some cake and carbs.
Even a whole week of extra carbs and then back into it.

you will lose major weight if you have been eating 4000 plus cals per day....muscle/body fat and strength.
