Fake Sustanon Niles

Does anyone know of any fake Nile Sustanon in ciculation? I have used lots of Kerachis before and they always have a full ml in them. This lot of Niles that I just got only have 3/4 of a ml in them. One shot of them also causes flu lik symptoms. I have gotten test flu before but never off of one shot of sust.

The print "Sustanon" on the bottle appears to be lower on the amp than other pictures of niles I have seen.

I attatched a crappy picture.

Some advice please.
