i need some help my fellow meso brothers. im trying to help a friend out who wants to lose fat the only fat on his body is his stomach area. i know i know everyone is gonna tell me to read. i have read and read about my own cycle and have already completed it with great results.
he works out hard not much muscle though. hes about 6 210lbs with just a fat stomach lol. what can you guys help me out with.
i have thought about test 250 ent and t-3 how does that sound?

you know 6 months ago I had the same problem and now I still have a small gut but nothing like it was 6 months ago, hard work and discipline is what it takes to rid your beer belly

this is what I did I recomend it cause it worked for me.

FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS:
DIET CARDIO DIET DIET CARDIO AND LIFTING!!!!!!! no drugs, no "magic" solutions, just get in the habit of eating right and excercising. There is no point in going into any aas or ancilaries without discipline so build that, lose some weight naturally then move on. I lost almost 30 pounds without the use of one drug.

After I got myself disciplined I did some clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with eca stack on off weeks for a few months. I had decent results lost another 10 pounds and still wanted to shave off some fat.

tried a DNP cycle for a week lost another amazing 8 piunds but gained 3 of it back (only 5 days of DNP) however this is a very dangerous substance is misused so research research research!!!

Now I am on some Test E, Primo and dbol and working my ass of att he gym everyday almost. i can see the last of my gut shrinking and my muscles growing!!

Just remember there is no "magic" solution to fat loss, get some good eating and dieting habits as well as a good excercise plan, once you are set in your ways then start llooking into "help"

has anyone else seen any weight gain after a dnp cycle? is it hard to maintain bf levels after dnp if you are eating right and hitting the gym?

Only if you eat like crap which is the same as any diet.

The problem I see is that you think you can spot reduce through diet.....its impossible. He will lose fat from all over to lose the abdominal fat. Have his BF% done and you'll probably find he will need to lose a considerable amount to get the abdominal fat off. With males, this will be the last place to hang on to fat.

If he does growth he will notice a difference in fat los in the ab area.. try taking 5-7 iu's of gen-sci GH avery day for three months.
