Female HRT

Hey Guys,
I know this is the wrong forum, but I know more ppl will see it here.
I have a female fitness client that in very interested in going on estrogen therapy. She's in her late 40's, great shape but feels that her estrogen levels are very low. She has done some mild aas cycles with great results. Now after discontinuing all aas, she still has not gotten her period in over a year. She does not want to go the Gyno for this, but asked me to find out all I could about supplementing her levels with real estrogen, not some plant compound the hippies sell at the real foods store down the street..
I have never heard of estrogen being available on all of our boards that tout so much male harmones.
Any input guys, point me in the right direction.
