few hairloss questions

..few questions about hairloss i couldnt find answers to in previous posts

i just bought some 2% nizoral and have some 5% minoxodil ... just started using this last week... my questions are... the hairloss that i have is in the frontal sides of my hairline (receeding hairline) not very severe yet... some have noticed but for the most part it isnt very noticeable YET ...that is why i am now looking into hair products to save / regrow my hair... my question is...will nizoral 2% grow hair back at the front (receeding hairline) because even the 5% minoxodile says it only works in the crown (im using it on hairline anyways in hopes it may work)... im also wondering if using the nizoral every day instead of 2x per week would help make it more effective for the hairline? (as it appears hair restoration is more difficult in the frontal hairline than in the crown)

has anyone else who had a receeding hairline in the front found a product that works well to regrow hair there????? will nizoral 2% do the trick????

my younger brother has MPB on the crown since about 19 and started the hairline thinning not receding a few years back. i am ok at the moment even though i am the one on the gear. he is taking 1.25 finasteride daily for about 1 year and it looks like it might be helping all over. i have been on it for a few years now hoping to override my genetics before they start. so far so good. now to your question. i recently started with 2% nizoral and asked the same questions about 2x weekly vs everyday. i got no real clearcut answer and figured while on i would use everyday and while off every other day. i never tried the minoxidil. i am curious as to what you find out. LMK. and sorry if this post was useless rambling.

The products you're using won't help that much. I'd use Proscar 2.5mg ED, Xandrox 15 every evening, and Dr. Mitchell's shampoo. This will stop all hairloss and regrow 50-75% in 9 months.
