no, just run one or the other. running both is overkill. the difference is nolvadex stops estrogen from binding the the receptors, arimidex stops your body from producing estrogen. arimidex if better than nolva imo, but nolva is less expensive and works pretty damn well.

At 300mg, you probably dont need either. But .25mg of arimidex every other day should very easily take care of any estrogen issues.

500 mgs a week is a good first cycle.

Some say you should try a cycle without doing anti-e's. This is to discover whether you are prone to gyno. Still one should always have an anti-e available just in case. I still think Ari is superior. By binding up the aromatase it stops Test from being aromatised into an estrogen compound thus freeing up more Test for what you want, Anabolism!
