Default first cycle

Hi guys, i want to start a cycle for the first time. I was thinking about

1ml/Prop: every second day
4ml/Deca: 1 a week

for 8 weeks. Any kind of feed back will be great positive or negative or do you recomend a different cycle?. I have been recomended to run Enanthate or Cyponate with Deca instead of Prop. Basically my goals are to put on as much size as possible. I am currently 5'"8 weighing 92kg.

Different labs make different mg/ml aas. Your not telling us much because we don't even know how much you are taking.

I agree with not using Prop for a first cycle. If it was suggested that you don't, what are your reasons that you feel you should use it?

Deca should be run for a good 12 weeks.

Take some time to learn and educate yourself. Run searches and use the aas profiles to begin with.

yes i dont want to start to soon. want to get as much knowledge and feedback as possible. A mate of mine has done a couple of cycles and said always stay between 500mg-600mg for first cycle? Im 22 been lifting for 2 years 5'8 weighing about 93-94kg.

Mr Wiggle. you suggested a test only cycle for my first of 500mg, would you just run the test by itself with nothing else? what results would you see with this?

A mate of mine did
4 dbols/ day (20mg)
100mg Prop/every second day. For his first cycle and seen good results. His brother did the same cycle but with Enanthate

4 dbols/ day (20mg)
100mg Enath/every second day. Would you recommend these or just Test by itself for first cycle?

Well, the suggestions provided in the link I gave you are probably the wisest choices, depending on your goals of course. "The proper way to get started". I am NO expert, but I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from this site and I have done everything the way the "experienced members" of this board have suggested and I have had excellent results.
My first cycle was Test E and d-bol.
You dont NEED the d-bol but you can use it just the same.
OR you could just front load the test and save some money.
Believe me, the d-bol is nothing compared to when the test E kicks in.
Test E or Sust 250 is going to be your typical Test base, and you'll stack from there. Good luck

Well,the question that I haven't seen yet is; what is your age. You absolutely must understand that undertaking AAS prior to your natural test level apex will result in a lower ability to grow NATURALLY. Many believe that AAS is the cure all for your slow growth, when in fact, the lag is a result of not enough stress on the muscle. Please make sure that you have emptied your tanks (natural testosterone) before considering AAS. I say this because you WILL get #$%ed up if you do it wrong. I personally took advice from senior mods and guys who OBVIOUSLY knew what they were doing (Maxrep, Deacon, % Bigkarch to name a few). My results were amazing and toda, 3 years GEAR free I maintain a tight physique with 10 pounds of PURE muscle to boot. Anyone less than 30 (in MY opinion) have sold yourself sort and are lazy. Diet and exercise are the building blocks of muscle growth. AAS should only be employed when the natural process has reached it's peak.

Im 22, been lifting for 2 years, bodybuilding for 1 was doing a strength training program for rugby league before hand. got into bodybuilding through a mates brother. Im 5"8" 93kg im doing a program 16sets per muscle group with 4 exercises per muscle group. Splitting the muscle groups over 5 days. Just got a eating plan of a mate, which is huge eating 6 meals a day and huge amounts of protein.

Made my decision for my first cycle, through speaking 2 people of dbol and enanthate.


1-4 dbol/20mg ED
1-12/500mg EW

2 weeks after my last shot will be taking Nolvadex for 3 weeks.

I have been told by a number of people that use test only for your first cycle. then i also been told the dbols are great for a kick start and you will see some results within the first week. A mate of mine did this same cycle for his first and said if diet is down pat and clean and training is down pat should loss a bit of body fat and put on about 8-10kg?
